Things to remember when faced with a water loss…

  1. Be careful– A water loss can be a hazardous environment. Be careful of slip hazards and avoid entering an area with standing water. Be aware of any potential electrical or chemical hazards. If you have any health concerns contact your physician.
  2. Turn the Water Off– It is the property owner’s responsibility to stop the source of the water intrusion. For example, if water is coming into your business from a faulty plumbing connection, it is your responsibility to turn the water off. If you don’t know how to turn the water off, you should consider calling a licensed plumber.
  3. CALL CREW– After you’ve stopped the water, call CREW Restoration so we can get to you as soon as possible. We know this is stressful, we are going to do everything we can to get you back to normal.

The foregoing advice should not be taken as a guarantee of success or prevention of all damages, and the specific facts and circumstances surrounding your loss should always be taken into consideration to determine how you proceed.
